Payments
 
  • When ordering you have the option to pay in full or 50% of the overall order as a deposit
  • All deposits are non refundable
  • The full payment must be received before any items are to be delivered
  • Payment maybe made via paypal or cheque
 
Delivery of items
 
  • A postage cost will be added to each order
  • Items are posted via 1st class post using royal mail
  • If you require recorded delivery or special delivery extra payment will be required please contact me before ordering
  • "I Do" Invitations do not take responsiblity for lost items, but will however do the very best to help if this occurs
  • Under the section of ordering it gives a recommended delivery timeframe for all items including samples please refer to this before ordering.
  • The express delivery service is available on most items most of the time. Please contact me first before ordering to confirm this service can be used.
Materials
 
  • "I Do" Invitations use the very best materials to make all invitations
  • As all invitations are handmade individual items may have slight differences this will not affect the overall look of invitations as a whole.
  • Some cards are made with small pieces and none of the invitations we provide are suitable for children.  
 
Your Part
 
  • All inserts will be sent to you before printing to be checked. Please do this throughly as mistakes cannot be changed after printing without a cost being occurred on your behalf.
 
Cancellations
 
  • You have the right to cancel an order at any time however deposits are non refundable. If your order is completed and full payment has been taken then no refund will be given. If your order has not been started 50% of the overall order will be refunded
